Using the directory
Visitors may browse active listings and contact businesses directly. A listing is not an endorsement or guarantee of a business, its services, availability, prices, or claims. Visitors should independently confirm details before relying on them.
Owner responsibilities
Owners must provide accurate information they are entitled to publish, keep contact details current, and review assisted page content for accuracy. Do not submit another person's private information, unlawful content, malicious files, or instructions intended to compromise the service.
Listings, payments, and review
New websites remain private until verified. Starter Website purchases cost JMD 10,000 as a one time payment after the 14 day trial. Custom Landing Page purchases cost JMD 20,000 with a JMD 6,000 deposit and JMD 14,000 balance. Full Custom Website projects start at JMD 40,000 and use the payment terms in the accepted quote. A receipt submission alone does not confirm payment.
Assisted page content
Assisted page content is a draft and may contain errors, omissions, or unsupported claims. Owners are responsible for checking their business details and requesting corrections. Custom Landing Page customers approve the exact preview before publication.
Changes and activity
Starter Websites include three completed change requests and Custom Landing Pages include five completed change requests within 30 days after launch. Rejected requests do not use the allowance. Free listings are hidden after 15 days without a verified sign in (we email reminders on day 7 and day 14) and return automatically after your next sign in. Paid hosted pages stay online while your plan is active. If the owner has not signed in for a while, we send reminder emails after about 14, 21 and 28 days asking them to sign in and confirm their details.
Accounts and termination
Keep account credentials private and notify the operator if you suspect unauthorized use. The operator may restrict listings or accounts that violate these terms or present a security or legal risk. Owners can request account removal from the dashboard; deletion removes their account, owned listings, payment records, and uploaded receipts, subject to backup rotation and legally required records.
